What payment methods do you accept?

Your co-pay is due at the time of service. If you do not have insurance we require payment in full. If you have any questions about cost estimates for self-pay, you may email our billing office here: billing@lawrenceeyecare.org or call our office at 785-841-2280.

We accept cash, checks, Flex Spending cards, CareCredit and most credit cards. We can accept payments in person or over the phone. Please call 785-841-2280 to make a payment

We do not accept American Express.

We do NOT accept American Express.

What insurance do you accept?

Lawrence Eye Care Associates, P.A. participates with Medicare and a variety of other insurance plans. When making an appointment, please mention your insurance carrier. We can inform you of our level of participation with your carrier and whether a special referral is needed from your primary care doctor.

Our practice is not contracted with Medicaid Insurance and we do NOT accept vision plans.

The following plans are NOT accepted: 

  • Amerigroup Kancare

  • United Healthcare Kancare

  • Sunflower Kancare

  • Traditional Medicaid

  • All Vision Plans.

It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to verify if our providers are “In-Network” for your specific plan.

We cannot file your insurance without the current card, so please bring your card and any necessary referrals required by your insurance provider. Without these your appointment may have to be rescheduled.

WE REQUIRE ALL TRICARE, VA and HASKELL REFERRALS TO BE AT OUR OFFICE BEFORE YOU ARE SEEN.
